Last week I mea prepped a chilli. i eat this for lunches at least once every 6 weeks. It’s a staple in my diet for many years now. This is the various ways I eat it in the week I make it.
Nachos
Burrito Nacho bowl: Usually when I have left over rice from somethings else
Quessadilla: when I have a small amount left over. this a recent addiion to the chilli reindition. It works so well expecially as a treat after working on teh van. It is a quick filling snack that I have with some sweet poatoes.
