My name is [redacted]. I live full-time in my van in a European city whilst working full-time.
You might be thinking: “Wait… why all the anonymity?”
Very few people know I live in my van. I work full-time and only one of my colleagues know. I really love owning and living in a van but I also value the freedom of not having every conversation revolve around it. My job is quite niche, and where I’m from there are only a handful of us doing it. Living in a van often goes hand in hand with that world, especially when I’m on site (there’s your tiny clue).
I started this faceless (but not soulless) journey to document living full-time in my van while converting it on top of working full-time. I wanted a space where I could be honest, creative, and unfiltered without the pressure of being seen.
2026 is the year I finish the build, start saving again, and begin planning for the day I set off to see more of Europe… and wherever else I may end up. I know once I start driving, I won’t be back.
For now, I choose to remain a voice, hands, and shadows because this gives me the space to be fully myself, and hopefully allows you to feel comfortable connecting with what I share here. So, thank you for being here and welcome!!
